As you’ll recall, I made some Honey Peanut Butter Granola Snack Bites a few weeks back (pictured above). I loved having them around for a snack and so did everyone in the family.

We often think Kraft Peanut Butter on toast, but it can be used for many other delicious snack ideas outside of breakfast – including Kraft Peanut Butter Snack Bites. These versatile and easily customizable no bake snacks are perfect for the whole family.
Since making my snack bites and enjoying them so much, I went in search of some more Peanut Butter Snack Bite ideas. I came across this fabulous one called “Awake Peanut Butter Snack Bites” that feature both white and dark chocolate, oats, honey, peanut butter and a couple of tablespoons of ground coffee. The perfect morning pick-me-up (for the adults, anyway :)
Awake Peanut Butter Snack Bites
- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp ground coffee
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 2 oz semi sweet chocolate chopped
- 2 oz white Chocolate chopped
Mix peanut butter, honey and coffee grounds in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Roll into 20 (1-incballs, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
