Brussels Sprout and Pear Salad

An easy and delicious Brussels sprout salad, with pear, dried cranberries, pecans and goat cheese, all tossed in a maple mustard vinaigrette. A perfect Fall salad!

Soak Cranberries


Heat and soak the dried cranberries in apple cider vinegar.

Slice the Pears


Thinly slice firm, ripe pears and add to bowl.

Slice the Brussels


Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts and add to the bowl.

Add the Cranberries


Add the soaked cranberries and toss to combine. Let stand 15 minutes.

Add the Pecans


Add some toasted, chopped pecans to the bowl.

Cheese and Drizzle


Add the crumbled goat cheese to the bowl, drizzle with the maple/mustard vinaigrette.

Toss and Enjoy!


Toss well and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours.
