Udon Noodle Soup
Ground pork, chicken, beef or turkey
Finely diced chicken or pork
remove to a bowl, then in the same pan, quickly cook some garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Chicken Broth OR
Mushroom, Beef or Pho Broth
Then add soy sauce, fish sauce etc.
add some broth ...
Add frozen or shelf stable udon noodles
cook in broth until tender
Kale or other greens
Sliced green onion
add something green ...
Add some spice (Asian Chili Garlic Sauce OR Sambal, Sriracha etc.
Return the browned (mushrooms) to the pot
Finish with juice of 1/2 a lime
