Gingerbread Biscotti

RECIPE

Delicious, spicy and crunchy gingerbread biscotti. Keeps and travels well. Perfect for enjoying anytime or great as holiday gifts.

Mix the batter

Mix the batter together with a stand mixer or electric mixer.

Form into logs

Use a spoon to lay out dollops of batter into logs.

Smooth

Smooth out with dampened hands.

Dust

Dust generously with confectioners' sugar before baking.

Slice

After baking the logs, slice into biscotti.

Bake slices

Return the slices to the oven to bake a bit longer, to harden.
