Jalepeño Cheddar Biscuits

RECIPE

These Jalapeño Cheddar biscuits are a cheese lovers biscuits, with cheese baked in and under each biscuit.

Cut in butter

Add cold butter to the flour mixture.

Add jalapeño/cheddar

Add jalapeño and cheddar cheese to the flour/butter mixture.

Add buttermilk

Add buttermilk and stir until a rough dough forms.

Roll and cut

Roll out the dough and cut. 

More cheese!

Place mounds of cheese on a baking sheet. 

Brush, salt & bake

Place a biscuit on each mound of cheese, brush with buttermilk and sprinkle with salt.
