Quick and easy jalapeno cheddar bagels, that are ready to enjoy in just about 2 hours! They freeze beautifully, too.

Roll the once-risen dough into a rectangle.

Slice

Slice the rectangle into 5 strips of dough.

Being stacking the strips, buttering the top of the strips as you go.

Cut the stack of strips into 2" pieces.

Place into muffin tin, cover and let rise again.
