Korean Pork Bulgogi


This Korean pork bulgogi starts with always tender pork tenderloin. A super easy, wonderfully delicious and endlessly versatile dish.

Marinade and cook:


Cut the pork tenderloin, mix the simple marinade, marinate and cook in a skillet.


Pork tenderloin Soy sauce Mirin (or white wine or water) Sesame oil Sesame seeds Green onion Garlic Optional: Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes) Lettuce and cooked rice, for bulgogi lettuce wraps, as shown here. Optional Gochujang Sauce (recipe included)


An easy and delicious meal. Make into lettuce wraps or add to a rice or noodle bowl.
