Mongolian Beef & Broccoli


A great weeknight meal, this quick, easy and flavourful Mongolian beef and broccoli is a family favourite. Add some rice as well, if you like.

Marinate the beef


Make the marinade and add to beef. Marinate for 30 minutes up to 8 hours.

Quick fry


Quick fry the beef just until it is no longer pink. Add sauce and thicken with cornstarch.
