No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

A rich, creamy no bake lemon cheesecake, perfect for a Summer dessert, or any time of year you want an easy, make-ahead dessert.

Make the Crust

Combine graham crackers, brown sugar and melted butter and press into a springform pan.

Make the Filling

Combine and  together the cream cheese and the other filling ingredients and fold in whipped cream.

Add Filling to Crust

Spoon the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Ingredients you will need:

Cream Cheese Sour Cream Lemon Zest and Juice Vanilla Whipped Cream Graham Cracker Crumbs Brown Sugar Melted Butter Total Time: 15 minutes (plus at least 4 hours chilling time)

Serve cold from the refrigerator, decorated with fresh fruit.
