Peach Bread  Pudding

An easy and delicious peach bread pudding, served with a warm brown sugar sauce. Can be made with fresh, frozen or canned peaches.

Dry the Bread

Pop the cubed bread into a 200F oven for 10-15 minutes to dry out.

Fill the Dishes

Combine the peaches and bread and over-fill the baking dishes. Place on a baking sheet.

Pour Custard

Pour the cream and egg custard mixture over-top, filling about 3/4 full.

Top with Sugar

Sprinkle top of puddings with white sugar, then bake for about 35-40 minutes.
