Perfect Pumpkin Muffins

This has been my go-to pumpkin muffin recipe for year! Light and moist, perfectly domed and with a lightly crispy top, they are my idea of the perfect pumpkin muffin!

Perfect Pumpkin Muffins

Wet ingredients

Add the eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin puree to the bowl and mix together.

Dry Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients.

Mix Together

Mix together until well combined and smooth.

Finished batter

Spoon into muffin cups and bake.
