Pork Tenderloin with Pears

Always tender pork tenderloin combines with pears and balsamic onion, for a fabulous and special Fall meal.

Sear the pork

Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides and remove to a plate.

Sauté pears

Sauté the pears in butter until golden, then remove to the plate with the pork.

Cook the onions

Cook the onions until softened, then add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.

Bring it all together

Bring the pork and pears back to the skillet and pop in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Rest and slice

After the pork is cooked, rest 10 minutes, then slice.

More butter!

Finish the onions with a pat of butter.

Assemble

Add sliced pork and pears to platter, spoon onions over-top and garnish with parsley.
