Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins

A celebration of Fall, these cranberry pumpkin muffins are filled with fresh or frozen cranberries, carrot, apple, raisins and seeds. A perfect Fall muffin!

Make the Topping

Combine flour, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and butter. Set aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Combine the pumpkin puree, eggs and oil and mix until smooth. 

Mix Fruit

Combine the cranberries, carrot, apple and raisins. 

Mix Together

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in fruit mixture.

Scoop and Fill

Scoop batter into 9 paper-lined muffin cups.

Top with Crumb

Top muffins with crumb topping and bake.
