Shrimp Tikka Masala

Move over chicken! Shrimp tikka masala is a terrific variation on the classic, with juicy, plump shrimp combined with a classic tikka masala sauce. Ready in less than 30 minutes, too!

Cook the shrimp

Cook the seasoned shrimp just until cooked through.

Remove shrimp

Remove the cooked shrimp to a bowl.

Cook the onion

In the same skillet, cook the onion until golden.

Additions

Add the ginger, garlic, spices, tomato paste, passata and water to the skillet.

Fenugreek leaves

For classic Indian flavour, add some Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi).

Return the shrimp

Return the shrimp to the skillet and warm through.

A bit of cream

Finish the sauce with a bit of heavy cream.

Serve and Enjoy!
