Perfect snack bites for grown-ups! With a little coffee, combined with oats, white and dark chocolate and peanut butter, these are perfect morning or late afternoon pick-me-up bites.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp ground coffee
  • 1 cup large flake rolled oats
  • 2 oz semi sweet chocolate chopped
  • 2 oz white Chocolate chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey and coffee grounds in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. Roll into 20 (1-incballs, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
