This is more a collection of ingredients, than a recipe, as quantities depend on the size of your pizza or pizzas. My pizza starts with Jim Lahey's No-Knead pizza dough, but store-bought is just fine, too.
1lbhomemade or store-bought pizza dough
Fresh pineapple spearsgrilled and cut into chunks
Red onionsliced across the equator and separated in to rings
Grated PiaveManchego, Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
Fresh baby arugula
Preheat your oven (and pizza stone, if using) to 500 ° F.
Prepare your pizza dough in to a round and spread with pizza sauce. Top with grilled pineapple and red onions. Sprinkle with some Piave cheese.
Bake in preheated oven, 10 minutes or so, or until the crust is golden.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional Piave cheese, prosciutto and arugula.
