Instructions
Place a pizza stone on the centre rack of the oven. Turn the oven on to 500F and allow to preheat with the pizza stone for at least 30 minutes.
Roll pizza out into a roughly 12-inch circle. Crust should be thin! Drizzle the dough with olive oil and use a brush to spread over the dough. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella over the dough. Scatter the goat cheese crumbles, then the goat feta, if using. *You can bake immediately, or let it sit 10-minutes or so, to allow a little rise back into the dough, if you like.
Bake pizza in preheated oven, on the pizza stone, for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven. Scatter the pizza with chopped walnuts, drizzle with honey and add the arugula on top. Cut, serve and enjoy!
