Butterflake Rolls

Classic, buttery rolls, perfect for Thanksgiving, special meals or just every day enjoyment. Freeze beautifully, too!

Roll

Roll the once-risen dough into a rectangle.

Slice

Slice the rectangle into 5 strips of dough.

Butter

Being stacking the strips, buttering the top of the strips as you go.

Cut

Cut the stack of strips into 2" pieces.

Place into muffin tin, cover and let rise again.

Bake and Butter

Bake the rolls, then brush with butter while hot. Add some flaky salt.
