Easy Homemade Tomato Salsa

Easy to make and delicious! Ready in less than 2 hours and can be canned or frozen.

Chop:

Chop tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and jalapeno. Add vinegar, tomato paste, salt and spices..

Simmer:

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 1 hour.

Blend:

Optional: For a smoother salsa, pulse a few times with an immersion blender.

Done:

Jar and seal with hot water bath or cool and freeze.
