Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.

Add the flour and mix until smooth. Pour into pan and bake. Once cooled, top with a powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze.

Slice, bake and flip

Once the glaze is set, cut into squares.
