Pork Loin with Wine Herb Gravy

This is the pork loin recipe that will turn you into a pork loin lover! The pork loin cooks together with wine, garlic and fresh herbs to juicy and never dry texture, and is served with a creamy pan sauce.

Brown the Pork

Brown the pork loin in oil until golden on both sides.

Saute

Remove pork and saute garlic and herbs. Deglaze with wine.

Simmer

Return pork, partially cover pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

Flip and stir

Flip pork, stir liquid and continue cooking, partially covered.

Check temp!

Continue cooking, flipping and stirring regularly, until pork reaches 140F.

Make gravy

When pork is done, remove and make pan gravy

Slice pork

To serve, thinly slice pork and place onto serving plate. Pour wine herb gravy over-top.
