Any vegetables , such as spinach, carrot, green onion 

Udon Noodles

For the sauce: Soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic and ginger and for the spicy, Sambal Oelek, Asian Chili Garlic Sauce or Sriracha

Heat some oil in wok or skillet

Prepare some vegetables and stir together the sauce ingredients.

Use what you have on hand!

Soak some shelf-stable udon in hot water

Toss the veggies into the hot wok.
