Ingredients
1/2cupwhite granulated sugar
1/2cuplight brown sugar
1/2cuporange juice
1/2cupwater
1/2teaspoonorange zest, optional
12oz(340g)fresh or frozen cranberries
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the cranberries pop and the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Let cool then refrigerate or freeze up to 3 months.
