Notes
Note 1: In Canada, sweetened condensed milk comes in 300ml cans (about 10 oz). I believe the cans may be larger in the US (14 oz.?). If so, you won't want to use the entire can to start, as the creamer may be too sweet. Instead, measure out the 1 1/4 cups and start there. You can always add more for additional sweetness, to taste. You can reduce the sweetness of the creamer to taste by reducing the amount of sweetened condensed milk slightly. If you've mixed it all and find it too sweet, simply add a bit more whipping cream and half and half cream to the mix. Don't add too much though, or you will dilute the flavour of the spices.Note 2: Adjust the spices up or down, to taste. If you'd like a Starbucks-like flavour, add a pinch of cloves to the mix.Be sure to read the notes above this Recipe Card, where you will find more tips, along with a recipe video, that you might find helpful.
