Turn on Cook Mode to keep your screen from going dark while cooking
Ingredients
1 1/2cups(365.33ml)heavy whipping cream, 35% b.f.
1cup(26620ml)half and half cream, 10% b.f.
6(6)yellow or green kiwis, peeled and mashed with a fork
3/4-1cup(150g)white granulated sugar
Instructions
Note: Use the greater amount of sugar for green kiwi, as they are a little less sweet than the yellow.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend about 10 seconds to remove any large chunks.
Pour mixture in to ice cream maker and churn according to your ice cream maker instructions. Scoop into freezing container, transfer to freezer, covered, to harden. Scoop and enjoy!
